NCTA president Steve Saladin is the Director of Testing and a licensed psychologist at the University of Idaho. He has been actively involved in NCTA in various capacities since he joined the organization at the first annual conference in 2000. Steve was kind enough to share some of his thoughts about NCTA as he assumes the presidency.
