Conference Registration

The conference registration fees are outlined below.

Early Bird Registration: May 1 – June 15, 2012
Members: $185.00
Non-Members: $235.00

Regular Registration: June 16 – July 13, 2012
Members: $210.00
Non-Members: $260.00

Regular registration closes on July 13, 2012, at midnight. After that, only onsite registration will be available; the onsite fee includes an additional $55.00: a total of $265.00 for members and $315.00 for non-members.

You do not have to pay at the time you register for the Conference, but to get the reduced fees, you must register within the dates listed for each fee. Conference registration will open at the beginning of May.

Hotel Registration

The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis has a group of rooms reserved for us from July 30th through August 4th for $149.00 per night, plus applicable taxes. The hotel will also honor the group rate for three days on either side of the conference dates in case you want to bring your family or explore the area yourself. Hotel registration will open at the beginning of May.

Hotel registration closes July 9, 2012. Any requests received after that time will be filled at the group rate on a space available basis. A credit card is needed to hold and guarantee a reservation.
