Hotel Registration

The conference hotel is the beautifully refurbished Hyatt Regency St. Louis located at Union Station. Room rates are $120 per night, single or double occupancy, with the rates in effect for three days before and three days after the conference.

The deadline to make your hotel reservations with the guaranteed room rate of $120 per night, single or double occupancy, is Tuesday, August 15, at 12:01 a.m.

Shipping Materials to the Hotel

The Hyatt Regency St. Louis will store your packages prior to your arrival. Please observe the following instructions to ensure proper handling of your meeting materials. Each item should be clearly marked with the following:

1. NCTA
2. hold for guest arrival 00/00/00
3. your name and College/University or Testing Company
4. c/o Hyatt Regency St. Louis
   One St. Louis Union Station
   St. Louis, MO 63103

Packages will be accepted up to three days prior to your scheduled event. Please advise Cheryl Downey-Eber, cherylde@umr.edu or 573-341-4222, of any special arrangements or requirements concerning your materials. The hotel is not responsible for perishable items. A labor charge will be assessed if the hotel's assistance is required in unloading vehicles and/or moving items to storage areas. Cheryl Downey-Eber should be advised of any items over 100 pounds that will be displayed in any function room. A $5.00 per box fee will be charged directly to your guestroom for storage/handling as long as you are a guest in the hotel.
