Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis Achieves Test Center Certification

Congratulations to Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis for achieving test center certification from the National College Testing Association.  Test Center Certification indicates that a test center operates under the highest accepted standards and procedures for all types of testing.

Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, Indiana University-Purdue University is a public research university founded in 1969 with the merger of the Purdue University Extension Center and Indiana University Indianapolis.  The school offers more than 200 degree programs including the Indiana University School of Medicine and the Indiana School of Dentistry, the only dental school in the state.  The school enrolls over 30,000 students, making it the third largest university in the state.


Holyoke Community College Achieves Test Center Certification

Congratulations to Holyoke Community College for achieving Test Center Certification from the National College Testing Association. Test Center Certification indicates that a test center operates under the highest accepted standards and procedures for all types of testing.

Located in Holyoke, Massachusetts, Holyoke Community College is a public two-year community college that offers associate degrees as well as a transfer program for students wishing to transfer to a four year school.  Of all the community colleges in Massachusetts, Holyoke Community College has the highest number transferring to a four year school.  The school offers more than 100 associate degrees and certificate options, as well as adult basic education/GED programs, education and training for business and industry, and noncredit community education classes.

Consortium of College Testing Centers

The Consortium of College Testing Centers (CCTC) is a referral service provided by the National College Testing Association (NCTA) to facilitate distance learning. The purpose of the CCTC is to make test administration services available to students away from their campuses, particularly at educational institutions. It is a free service for students or others who are seeking a professional location at which to take an exam. All participating test centers must be NCTA members in good standing and are expected to adhere to the CCTC guidelines. In addition the testing center must subscribe to and indicate compliance with the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines. Listings are only available to operational testing centers and not to individuals or other groups who wish to serve as proctors.  Read More >>
